Creating a Plan for the Future

Join us on March 28th at our 14th Annual Creating a Plan for the Future where you can connect with organizations such as the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and many other local community agencies. Throughout the event, providers will share valuable insights on career training, post-secondary education, leisure and recreational resources, and adult day programs. Attendees can also explore important future planning topics, including guardianship, special needs trusts, and residential options. In addition, breakout sessions will feature engaging, provider-led presentations on key issues relevant to the special needs community.
Assistance with agency applications and referrals will be available.
