Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD)
 APD is the state agency that collaborates with local organizations and private providers to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in living, learning, and working within their communities.

Arts4All Florida
Program: The mission of Arts4All Florida is to provide, support, and champion arts education and cultural experiences for and by people with disabilities. Our vision is to create a world in which the arts are universally accessible. We provide Artist Residencies in Florida's public schools, DJJ, Community Art Classes, and support our artists through the Young Performers Program and Artist Registry.

Bay Area Early Steps
Early Steps is Florida's early intervention system that offers services to eligible infants and toddlers (birth to thirty-six months) with significant delays or a condition likely to result in a developmental delay.

Hillsborough County Public Schools - Adults with Disabilities:  Brewster Technical College
Employability Skills Training.  This program is designed to help integrate adults with special needs into the working community to perform to their fullest potential. The instructional emphasis of the program includes:  Job-related skills; Social skills;  Independent living skills, and self-advocacy skills.

Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD-USF)
The Center for Autism & Related Disabilities at USF is a community-based project that provides information and consultation, at no charge, to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities. CARD-USF offers instruction and coaching to families and professionals through a training and assistance model.

Champions for Children: Parents as Teachers
A home visiting program to promote healthy development and school readiness.

Children's Board Family Resource Centers of Hillsborough County
Resources include child immunizations, development, hearing, vision screenings, educational classes, and events.

Children's Home Network: Kinship
Kinship is a program available to family members caring for a relative's child(ren), offering support with resources and public benefits.

Children's Home Network: Supporting and Empowering Educational and Developmental Services (SEEDS)
Support for families to ensure children are ready for kindergarten, promoted at the end of the school year, and reading on level by third grade.

Crisis Center of Tampa Bay
For families or individuals facing serious life challenges or trauma resulting from sexual assault, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, financial distress, or emotional or situational problems. 

Division of Blind Services - Florida
The Florida Division of Blind Service (DBS) offers a variety of supports to Floridians who are blind or visually impaired.  

Early Childhood Council of Hillsborough County
Early Childhood Council (ECC) focuses on prevention and early intervention efforts with an emphasis on assisting young children with special needs and their families by providing Developmental screenings and inclusion support services.

Early Childhood Council: Inclusion Support Services
Inclusion Support Services works with early care providers such as childcare centers and family child care homes to ensure that children with special needs have a successful early care and education experience.

Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County works collaboratively with agencies throughout the community to provide a wide spectrum of early learning services.
