The FDLRS Family Help Desk is open to families across Florida and is a great place to start if you're seeking information, support, or guidance related to services for children with disabilities.

How it Works:
Step 1: Submit a Request
Complete our brief help desk form and let us know how you prefer to be contacted, by email or phone.
Step 2: Connect with Your Local Team
Your request will be sent directly to the FDLRS Associate Center serving your county, connecting you with someone who understands your local resources.
Step 3: Receive a Response
A knowledgeable FDLRS staff member will get back to you within 2–5 business days to provide support, information, or next steps.
