The Early Childhood Council's (ECC) Developmental Screening Program, in partnership with the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS), provides free monthly screening for developmental delays or behavioral difficulties to children aged 0-5.  Screening occurs in several key developmental domains, including speech & language, hearing, vision, cognitive or pre-readiness skills, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
